The Friendship Factory

The Friendship Factory is a structured social-skills program designed to help students build healthy peer relationships through play-based learning, group activities, and guided discussions. Students practice initiating conversations, sharing, turn-taking, conflict resolution, setting boundaries, and understanding social cues. This program provides strategies for navigating friendships and interacting confidently with others in real-life situations. Through role-playing, creative activities, and supported peer interactions, youth develop empathy, cooperation, and improved communication.
