How Enrollment Works

1. Join the Interest List

Begin by completing our quick interest form. This helps us learn your child’s age, needs, and program interests so we can match them with the right group.

This is not a commitment — it simply allows you to receive updates, openings, and next steps.

2. Attend a Parent Welcome Call

Once space is available, our team will contact you to schedule a short introductory call.
During this call, we will:

Learn more about your child
Explain the programs in detail
Answer questions about schedules, pricing, and expectations
Help you choose the best program fit for your student

3. Complete the Enrollment Packet

Families who move forward will receive a digital enrollment packet that includes:

Student Profile
Media/Photo Consent
Safety & Emergency Form
Attendance and Cancellation Policy
Parent Agreement

All forms can be completed online for your convenience.

4. Choose Your Membership or Session Plan

CARE currently offers a cash-based model with flexible options:

Individual Sessions
Group Sessions
Workshops
Monthly Membership Packages

We will help you select the plan that best fits your child’s goals and schedule.

5. Begin Your CARE Journey

Your child’s first day will include:

Student orientation
Meeting the instructors
A walkthrough of studio spaces
A fun, low-pressure creative activity to get comfortable
