The Feelings Lab
The Feelings Lab teaches students how to understand, express, and regulate their emotions through creative and therapeutic activities. Students explore coping strategies, mindfulness exercises, breathing techniques, reflective art, and emotional identification. This program helps youth build resilience, reduce stress, and navigate challenging emotions in a supportive environment. Each session blends creative expression with evidence-based approaches to emotional wellness, helping students recognize triggers, manage frustration, and communicate their feelings safely.
